DAYS 1-2: USA or Canada/Madrid, Spain
Fly overnight to Madrid and transfer to your hotel with time at leisure before tonight's welcome dinner. Hotel Wellington D

DAY 3: Madrid
Visit the Prado Museum, renowned for its collection of Spanish art treasures, and the Royal Palace with its fascinating display of weaponry. The afternoon is at leisure. Hotel Wellington B,D

DAY 4: Madrid/Toledo/Madrid
Travel south into La Mancha, land of Don Quixote, stopping at a picturesque village with a hilltop crowned with windmills. Continue to a family-run farm to learn about cheese making and enjoy a tasting. Proceed to Toledo to see El Greco's masterpiece Burial of the Count of Orgaz and shop for marzipan and local handicrafts. Tonight's dinner is at Botín, perhaps the oldest restaurant in Europe. DAY 5: Madrid/Córdoba/Granada
Board the high-speed AVE train to Córdoba and visit the sublime Mezquita; then lunch independently. Dine à la carte at your hotel. AC Palacio de Santa Paula B D

DAY 6: Granada
Visit the magical Alhambra Palace and the beautiful gardens of the Generalife Palace. This afternoon is at leisure for more exploration or to just relax. Continue to Granada for dinner and a traditional flamenco performance in a gypsy cave. AC Palacio de Santa Paula B D

DAY 7: Granada/Seville
Journey through the spectacular Andalusian countryside to Seville, where a walking tour leads you through narrow, picturesque streets to the cathedral, Giralda, and the 14th-century Alcazar fortress. DAY 8: Seville/Jerez de la Frontera/Seville
In Jerez de la Frontera, see a performance by the famous Andalusian horses. Have lunch in town before returning to Seville for a farewell dinner at your hotel. Hotel Alfonso XIII B L D

DAY 9: Seville/Cortijo El Esparragal/Seville
Drive to Cortijo El Esparragal for a farm safari; lunch follows in the magnificent manor house. This afternoon learn the art of flamenco and how to play castanets. Return to Seville for farewell drinks. Hotel Alfonso XIII B L

DAY 10: Seville/USA or Canada
After breakfast transfer to the airport to board your homebound flight. B
